HALLOWE'EN SCARE!
Tonight at around 8:30 'Shadow' made a new attack. He dropped 2 nuclear bombs near the Amerada Immigration centre, in the middle of the Illitoban Desert. Luckily, the President acted quickly, and the people at the Liamapolis Forces Base quickly took juts across the country to intercept Shadow. The did so succesfuly. Unfortunately while there was no damage to the centre, it's lone worker, Fred Burnt has been seriously disable due to radiation. He was flown to Philadgary, but is in critical condition. 2 Shadow conspirators died during the interception. So who is Shadow? The President has reason to believe it may be Defence Minister Mark Hickman. But he's not leaving out Jonathan Weatherhead, or even William Steeves.
STEEVES FOUND NOT GUILTY BY MSN PANEL
Tonight concluded the internet impeachment hearing for Primeminister William Steeves. After some impressive arguments done by the Defendant, Nicholas Bridgewater, Steeves won. But it is known that the prosecuter, Peter Little who took over Derek McCullough who was away, did little to prove that William Steeves was guilty. He should have looked at the oath. The jury who was the President, and Naji from Kato decided to favour Will. The President however was preoccupied with the attacks on his Country to follow the exciting finish of the trial. But with the result in mind, the President is expected to inform the Legislative prosecuter, Derek McCullough to drop the case, because he believes that Will will smarten up, and we can return to normal life.
GROWING SUPPORT FOR A SENATE
Today New Columbia Governiere, Peter Little; Tebec Governiere, Peter Noseworthy; and Oh Scotia Governiere, Nicholas Bridgewater; have all stated that they want to create a new house seperate from the legislature, and be made up of the governieres of the colonies. The President however, stated that everyone must be patient and wait for support from all 7 governieres, the addition of 6 more colonies, and a constitution for Amerada. "Then we can have an upper house" Stated the President. "We are not ready fot one YET." The Senate is expented to be controversial, but is very much real at this time.
OCTOBER 30th

The trial ended before the jury could make a decision.
Meanwhile the primeminister tried to circulate a petition around the legislature to try to fire the President. But they were easily distracted. The vice-president stated he favoured a re election.

OCTOBER 29th: SPECIAL THANKSGIVING WEEKEND EDITION
WILLIAM STEEVES HAS GONE TOO FAR!!!
The new Amerada primeminister has gone too far says President Earl Washburn. It seems the new PM has somesort of a grudge against the President. On MSN, and on the Amerada forums, the PM only has bad things to say. The President told reporters that he has put his foot down, and will create a hearing to impeach Will tommorow. He says, with the return of Derek McCullough, it has become more and more evident that he would make a better primeminister. Will has stated that the President should call a Presidential election, because Earl never actually won one. The country is anxious to find out what will happen tommorow.
RIOTS IN LOS ANTREAL
(LATJ)Citizens protesting the recognition of the RCAA as an official party (the only right wing party in Amerada) took to the streets of Los Antreal. Citizens are not pleased that Governeire Noseworthy is a member of the right Wing RCAA and do not like the RCAA promise to crush the separatist movement in Tebec.
Governeire Noseworthy made a televised appearance to reassure the people of Tebec that the RCAA has no intention of forgetting Tebec and will treat Tebec as it would any other colony of Amerada - as a colony where the people have the say in the actions of the political parties and government.
At the height of the protest, the Colonial Police were called to the Governeire's mansion in full riot gear as protestors attempted to storm the mansion. They were stopped and 20 people have been arrested and charged with creating civil unrest.

The RCAA is preparing a policy meeting between its members for sometime in the next week. Governeire Noseworthy will find out at the conference whether or not the President of the RCAA (Peter Little) did make the comment of Tebecans being separatists or if it truly is nothing more than DLPA propaganda meant to ruin their enemies chances of winning seats in the next election.

NEW COLONY IN AMERADA: OH SCOTIA!
Immigration has been on the rise in Amerada, these past few days, and it has given arise to a new colony in Amerada. Carved out of an area covered in Lakes, is the new Colony of Oh Scotia. The main reason for this colony is that the prairie industry, that feeds Amerada is growing fast. Illitoban surveyors have travelled east, and found a nice spot on the eastern banks of the Detipeg river. Here, they appropriately named the newest village in Amerada: Detipeg. The new colony is a vast area extending northward to the ocean from Detipeg, and eastward to the Eastern/Central timezone boundary. Currently Oh Scotia has no colonial neighbours. There isn't much prairie either, just 50km from the Detipeg river, much of which is very hilly, and includes the colonies highest peak: Detipeg hill. There are many people out there who would love to be the colonies governiere, and it is expected soon that this position will be filled.
STEEVES SWORN IN
William Steeves has officially become His Excellency, the Right Honourable Prime minister of the Republic of Amerada, William Steeves today, as he was sworn in at the Amerada legislature. Will was supposed to make a speech, but declined the offer. A trancript of the swearing in words can be found on the Amerada forum.

It has two members as of date, Tebec govoneire Scott Noseworthy, and it's leader Peter A. Little. One policy statement of the new RCAA is to bring guns back on the streets. This has startled many Ameradians. The RCAA has definately gotten off on the wrong foot, but their leaders mean well.

'RCAA' ONE STEP CLOSER TO BECOMING A POLITICAL PARTY
Today the new Republican Conservative Alliance changed their name from RCUA, at the first ever party convention. Some things upset people, especialy in Tebec, where RCAA leder Peter Littled said he wanted to stop the seperatist movement in Tebec. He wants to make a house of governieres aswell. But the question remains, is Amerada ready for a right winged party?

There may still be 3 days left, but Will has broken away from the 10-10 tie last night to lead over Genevieve Wong 18-12 tonight. A large enough gap experts say to pull this one off for the William Steeves camp. But others think that anything can happen in the next 3 days, just look at the U.S. election.

OCTOBER 15th

The legislature welcomes back Derek McCullough, who will take over Amerada's Energy, unless Will gets back tommorow. Everyone else was present, except for Dan Trudell. LABOUR DAY WEEKEND
Special look at Amerada's laws parts 12-17.
PART 12: NO LITTERING
Law 12 It is illegal for anyone to litter. This means you must throw any garbage of any sort in a designated litter area. This includes anything discarded including metal, toxic chemicals, paper, plastic, etc.
How is this affecting Ameradians? Out of every law, the police catch the most people littering. This law was created to make Amerada environmentaly perfect. And so far Amerada is extremly clean. The police are having a free for all penalizing people for littering.
PART 13: DEGRADING CONDITIONS FOR INMATES.
Law 13 Anyone attending a prison do to a crime, that person is entitled to degrading conditions, and most things done to you is legal un less it will severly affect your life.
If amnesty international found out about this, they'd go crazy. In order to keep Amerada crime free, this law was introduced. Some say it is terrible. This law would be Liam Shaw's last bill, which was more or less directed at Kiril Litvinov. Only the worst inmates get treated bad, though. Ameradians pride them selves in being nice, but they can be revengful. Hence the law.
NO MURDERING
Law 14 Not one person is allowed to take an Ameradians life. Not in any way may someone kill another person or other persons on Amerada unless a court judge gives permission to under severe circumstances.
A very obvious Law. Since then, only Shadow killed someone. Only under government permission may someone kill someone. Which brings us to the case of Shadow. Shadow killed Bill Joe Bob II, and caused a security threat to Ameradians. The government gave permission to the military to kill Shadow. This law also states, for every death there is a murderer. Think about this one. Depending on how much of a part in this death one caused, one would get a better, or worse penalty.
PART 15 GOVERNMENT WEBSITES
Law 15 All people listed above as members of the Washburn administration must have a URL address in which they nust communicate their specified field.
This Law comes into effect May 14th
This law should now be reworded to state that members of the government should have websites. No action as taken place. Most members do have websites, but some don't. Further measures towards this law may take place this coming year.
PART 16: WEBSITE UPDATES
Law 16 The official Amerada website
www.amerada.50megs.com must be updated or changed by the President at least once a week. This is minimum of 1 sentence or 1 small yet substantial change.
This law was created to get, then President Jonathan Weatherhead to update this website. He even broke the law, and was sentenced to Labour. Nowadays the website is left unchecked for updates, and is in control by President Earl Washburn, who updates the website on average, once a week.
PART 17: ABOLISHION OF RICKY MARTIN STUFF
Law 17 The Republic of Amerada hereby has a complete ban on Ricky Martin prducts or biproducts. This includes anything with his name, pictures, toys, or articles of any sort.
Derek McCullough's funny bill, was actually passed. Iy seemed that Amerada hates Ricky Martin, or there is something very disturbing of him, that the Republic abolished any products.
